“Treasures of the Hard Rock Cafe: The Official Guide to the Hard Rock Cafe Memorabilia Collection,” by Paul Grushkin and Joel Selvin, with Steve Routhier

Originally published in 2001, this coffee table book features nearly 300 full-color pages of memorabilia, much of it arranged in artful displays that combine multiple related items to provide context and narrative to the memorabilia. Though out of print, this book is often available on eBay, Amazon, and online used booksellers. We’ve found it inspirational as we design displays for our own items.
