We Provide an Array of Services to Help Clients Find Desired Items at Fair Prices

Consulting 

We help buyers understand the memorabilia market.
We advise clients on verifying authenticity or determining whether a price is reasonable. We don’t do the authentication ourselves, but we know reputable sources for authenticating items and determining provenance, and we’ll guide you in seeking their counsel.

Monitoring

We’ll monitor auction, dealer, and collector sites for legit opportunities at fair prices on the items you’re interested (or might be interested) in. As collectors, we keep up with market values and availability of items. 
We connect clients with sellers once an item is located that appears to match the client’s criteria.

Research

We’re experienced researchers, and we will do extensive research online and on the ground to find memorabilia. 
We’ll find reliable sources with appropriate provenance and letters of authenticity (LOA). 
We also track realized prices for items across the market (e.g., auction house results), which helps us build and maintain a clear picture of what items are going for.

Auctions

We will attend auctions with our clients or represent them at auctions to bid on specific memorabilia.

Display & Storage

We advise clients on ways to display memorabilia, including ideas for creative displays incorporating other items to more fully tell the story of the piece. We’ll help clients identify and work with vendors to help realize the clients’ vision. Learn more about how we do this on our Work in Progress page.

How We Charge

Our fees are based on final item cost, so talk to us about what you’re looking for and we’ll negotiate a price.

The process will work like this: 

  • We’ll research your item/s up to a point; if we don’t find anything credible but you want us to keep looking, we can put you on a “want” list. If we come across it, we’ll get in touch.
  • Our purpose is connecting buyers with reputable sellers, and we charge a commission-like fee based on the final price the client pays for the items purchased
  • If the item is purchased at auction, our fees will be based on the item cost, not the item cost plus auction fees (which must be paid by the client)
